Research
I have a passion for mental health research and exploring the lived experience of mental health difficulties and use of services within my work. My current research looks at adaptation and experiences of mental health services in the UK. Previously I have explored gender differences at the behavioural level in Autism Spectrum Conditions. In particular, I have investigated the often delayed and misdiagnosis of autistic females, paying particular attention to mental health difficulties and the use of camouflaging.
